Our Second Day in Albarracín

We hopped out of bed with no time to waste; on our second day we wanted to explore the streets of Albarracín, venture on a hike through the canyon that defines the town, and take a tour of the imposing castle that crowns the hilltop. Hopefully we'd find time for lunch and a siesta! (Spoiler: we did).
