With blue skies overhead and fresh mountain air filling our lungs, we set off from Morella on a hike to the tiny village of Xiva de Morella, which has just twenty full-time residents. The 7km trail surprised us at every turn: medieval aqueducts, rolling hills, grazing cows, and sweeping views back toward Morella.
