New Savannah Podcast Episode #3

Tybee Island, Paula Deen and Roller Derby

What's the best time to listen to a travel podcast? Is it while you're stuck behind your desk, day-dreaming of somewhere (anywhere) different? Or while you're laying in bed, falling asleep and planning the future? For us, we most enjoy hearing travel stories while we're on the road. Something about being on the open road makes the idea of having other adventures seem more likely.

In this episode we talk about how we got a parking ticket on Tybee Island, went kayaking, filled our bellies at Paula Deen's restaurant, The Lady & Sons, and even watched a Roller Derby. We also delve into the city's history, talking about the founding rules of Savannah: No Liquor! No Slaves! No Lawyers! And no Catholics!

As always, the above links lead you to the articles on our Savannah blog if you'd like to see pictures related to these stories.
